Deposit by PayPal balance, Venmo, Zelle, or check: $2,040 · Credit/debit card: $2,244 (includes 3% processing fee)
Remaining balance of $4,759 due 30 days prior to event
A non-refundable deposit of 30% ($2,040 by check/ACH/PayPal balance/Venmo/Zelle, or $2,244 by credit/debit card) is required to secure your event dates. The remaining balance of $4,759 is due no later than 30 days prior to the first event date. Revel Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services if payment is not received by the due date.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels within 60 days of the first event date, the full contract balance is due. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event forfeit the deposit only.
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 60 days written notice, subject to Revel Entertainment's availability. The deposit transfers to the new date. Rescheduling requests made within 60 days of the event are treated as cancellations.
Services are contracted for the agreed event hours. Any time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed at $250 per hour for DJ and MC services combined, invoiced and due within 7 days of the event.
The featured live musician is subject to availability and will be confirmed within 48 hours of booking. In the event a confirmed artist becomes unavailable, Revel Entertainment will provide a comparable substitute of equal or greater caliber at no additional cost.
Client agrees to provide one standard room with two queen beds at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast for the nights of September 5 and September 6, 2026, for the Revel Entertainment team.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue closure, government action, or public health emergencies. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
Revel Entertainment is not responsible for damage to venues, property, or persons caused by third parties, guests, or other vendors. Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their guests throughout the event.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
